Optimize Your Search Engine Optimization

Are your SEO efforts coming up a little short? A slow website might be the culprit. Fortunately, Google has a free tool you can use to analyze your website's speed. If your site is slow, Google Page Speed Insights will even diagnose your issues and give you recommendations on how to fix them. Just enter your website's URL and press the analyze button. Within a few seconds, you'll have a rating from 0 to 100, where 0 is the worst and 100 is the best. It's that simple!

Most sites, unless you've already hired someone to optimize your slow website, will fall into the 50 - 80 range. 80 is still pretty good, but it's not 100. If you and your competitor have similar SEO campaigns: you are updating your blog regularly, your URLs are relevant to your content, your images and titles are formatted correctly, etc. but your website is slower than theirs, guess who is going to have the higher ranking on Google? The competition is. The good news is if you hire someone that knows how to optimize your websites page speed, you can easily get into the 95 - 100 range overnight and outranking anyone in your market.
